Margus Sikk graduated from Tallinn University as an Art Teacher in 2002. He began his TV career joining Filmimees Ltd. in 2005 as a tv camera operator. Work consisted lightning, sound engineering, basic editing, working with DV, DVCAM, HDV, BETACAM, XDCAM cameras. Before freelancing he worked a year in shock-tv-station "Pimp TV" and made short film "The Entrepreneur" as a cinematographer.
He has worked for ERR, TV3, Kanal2, MTV3, Nelonen, Reuters, APTV, Deuche Welle and many Estonian production companies. Biggest projects so far: "Farmer wants a wife" - leading cameraman, "The Apprentice" - 3rd director/editor, "Sonisphere Festival '09" in Finland - on stage cameraman, Pilvikud "Naer" music video - director.
